I just wanted to do this again with an updated list. You'll notice a trend in the characters I like LOL

1. Musashi from Pokémon
  • Pretty much my ultimate No. 1 crush and I still can't clearly explain why. Like she's just so pretty? And silly? And strong? And aggressive? And I want her to kick my ass?? I do think it's because she was like my first cartoon character crush and I'm just really attached now lol. Plus I'm a sucker for tragic backstories.

2. Amara from Pokémon
  • Okay. So, I honestly don't know that much about her other than she's Kaki's mom, BUT YALL SHES GORGEOUS. Also strong and the head of the family farm and nice and ajsfkjadsf

3. Lychee from Pokémon
  • When I saw her in the Sun and Moon trailer where she was revealed, I played it over and over again. She. Is. So pretty. She's also a little more curvy than Pokémon characters tend to be which I appreciate (I also love Aloe btw <3). I also came across her character sheet that said she cries when she reads shoujo and I don't know why but that made me love her more.

4. Michiko Marandoro from Michiko to Hatchin
    • Again, she is strong, aggressive, not that different from Musashi. She's super badass but also has a soft spot for little Hatchin and I love that.

    5. Grandis Granva from Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water
    • Another Musashi-like character. Okay so at this point, you can assume that if the character is a female, the head of a trio of two dudes and based off of off Majo from Time Bokan, I have a crush on her (I like Ursarapa from Dinosaur King also lol). I love Grandis' outfit, and whole look really. I'm also low key starting to realize I like anime girls with red/pink hair.

    6. Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop
    • I'm fake. I've never even seen this anime (though I plan to) but I love Faye. Again, tragic backstory, pretty badass, VOICED BY MEGUMI HAYASHIBARA, and now I'm starting to think I have a thing for anime girls with lipstick...

    7. Yuki Yoshida from The Amazing World of Gumball
    • I feel like she's somewhat a parody of all the anime characters mentioned above lol. I frickin love her pantsuit, she also fills that badass, lipstick wearing, overly aggressive criteria that I apparently have. Slay me cloud mom.

    8. Rose Quartz from Steven Universe
    • Okay so Rose is a little different than everyone else on this list so far. Though she does fit the pink hair, lipstick, badass trope lol. BUT she's bigg which makes me so happy because there really aren't that many characters that are heavy set even though they're beautiful too! Like where they at?? Also Rose is still a mystery but she's shown to be very kind and motherly and curious <3 But she's also a murderer..... or a war hero depending how you look at it lel (or both are technically right I guess)

    What I Learned from this list
    • I have a very specific type when it comes to anime girls
    • I like cartoon girls who are strong, aggressive, vain, still motherly somehow, wear lipstick and have pink hair (some of the things on this list concern me). Oh and also bigger girls~

    BONUS. Lopoddity from Florida
    • You guys saw this coming. I really love this girl a lot. She's so good to me and puts up with me and all my weird issues. She might not wear lipstick or have pink hair (or be overly aggressive which still makes me concerned that that's a thing I like...) but she's easily the prettiest girl in the world to me and is very badass in her own right.
