Claire: Well, it looks like everything's in order for a romantic day for two

Claire: ................. I dunno. It's been forever since we've had alone time like this.

Claire: We could go out somewhere

Illusion: I guess. But, I'd kinda just like to relax and stay here in bed

Illusion: I swear, I heard a scratching noise

Claire: It's probably nothing. Just guards patrolling outside

Illusion: *shrugs*

???: Mommy. Daddy.

Illusion: Okay, you have to have heard that

Claire: I don't–

???: Mommy. Daddy.

Claire: Who is that?

Illusion: I think...... somepony's at the door.... *gets up and heads to the door*

???: Hello?

Illusion: *opens the door slightly and sees a guard* Oh, hello soldier. Do you need something?

???: *begins to glow and seemingly shrink*

Illusion: I-Identity? What are you doing here, sweetie?

Idie: .......... *looks in at Claire*

Claire: Who is it Illusion?

Illusion: It's Idie

Claire: Idie? *gets up and goes by Illusion* Hi baby. Are you okay? What's the matter?

Idie: ....... I have a cut

Claire: !!!

Illusion: *shakes head in disbelief* W-what was that?

Idie: I have a cut. Can I have a bandage?

Claire: O-of course! Come *leads Idie in and takes her to the bathroom*

Idie: *follows Claire*

Claire: Here you go *starts wrapping bandage*

Illusion: What happened Idie?

Idie: ......

Claire: ...... where's Uncle T and Auntie Nidra?

Idie: They're distracting each other

Claire: Oooh.... Oh.

Illusion: Well......... did they know you got a cut? You could have asked them for help

Idie: I went outside and fell down

Claire: Were you disguised as a guard the whole time?

Idie: *nods*

Claire: ........

Illusion: ...........

Idie: May I please have water?

Claire: Of course. Do you know where it is?

Idie: *nods and goes to get water*

Illusion: .........

Claire: ..............

Illusion: She talked

Claire: You heard it too right?

Illusion: Yeah.....

Claire: She knows how to speak so well! Why hasn't she started talking until now?

Illusion: Maybe she's had nothing to say

Claire: Are we doing something wrong? We should ask her why she hasn't been talking

Illusion: I'm sure she would've told us if something was wrong

Claire: I mean, yeah.... but if we can understand her better, then maybe she'll talk more and.... be normal

Illusion: Crys.....

Claire: I know...... not talking is her thing but..... I'm worried about her. She has no friends. There are many ponies willing to try and be her friend but she just shuts them out..... or they think she's shutting them out since she won't speak to them....

Illusion: ......... Well, she's a very smart filly. I'm sure she has her reasons and she'll eventually find that making friends is important

Claire: *sighs and nods* Can we just ask her why she doesn't talk?

Illusion: I don't see why not. But we shouldn't pressure her to speak if she doesn't want to

Claire: *nods*

Idie: *goes back to Illusion and Claire*

Claire: Hi sweetheart. You got your water?

Idie: *nods*

Illusion: *smiles*

Claire: Idie, can I ask you something?

Idie: *nods*

Claire: Why don't you speak to us more? Is something wrong?

Idie: *shakes head*

Claire: Do you have a reason?

Idie: ...... *shrugs and shakes head*

Claire: *looks to Illusion*

Illusion: *shrugs*

Claire: *looks back to Idie* O-okay..... well...... you know you can tell us anything right?

Idie: *nods with a smile*

Nidra: Idiiiiiie? Where are you? Please come out!

Illusion: *chuckles* Seems like somepony's looking for you.

Idie: *gets up and heads into the hallway*

Nidra: T, look! There she is!

T: Idie! Where have you been? You really shouldn't run off like that

Nidra: Thank Celestia we found you. Your parents would've killed us if they found out we lost track of you

Claire: Hello Nidra. Hi Turquoise

T: Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Claire. H-hey Illusion

Nidra: How's your romantic day alone together?

Illusion: Great. How's yours?

Nidra: W-what's that supposed to mean?

Claire: *pulls Idie by her leg* A little birdie told us that you two were...... distracting each other

T: *coughs*

Nidra: *blushes and kicks at the floor*

Claire: *chuckles*

Illusion: Hey, Idie, keep an eye on these two for us okay?

Idie: *giggles and nods*
